DxO has launched DxO Premium Support, a new service offering around the clock (and around the calendar) "priority access to DxO experts, accelerated response times and personalized guidance on installation, configuration and advanced workflows," the company said.
The new service is designed primarily for professional photographers whose deadlines don't allow them to wait, DxO noted.
The new service is available immediately in three-month, six-month or one-year plans:
- Three months: $34.99/€29.99/£24.99
- Six months: $59.99/€49.99/£44.99
- One year: $99.99/€89.99/£79.99
