In this recurring column, we highlight a few items we've run across that don't merit a full story of their own but are interesting enough to bring to your attention. This time we look at the Tour de France, the Oregon Coast, Point Reyes, tonality and camera clubs.
- Thibault Camus and Mosa'ab Elshamy provide photo highlights of the 113th Tour De France. The three-week event ends on the Champs-Élysées in Paris on July 26.

- In Point Reyes Is Having a Restaurant Renaissance, Douglas Zimmerman captures a few of the tempting offerings.
- Mike Johnston offers a few Notes on Tonality with a shot of a 1951 Packard as an example. Yesterday, in Tonality and Other Felicities, he announced "a whole new post-processing regimen for my monochrome camera" that delivers the tonality he prefers.
- Jason Row bemoans The Demise of Camera Clubs while offering a suggestion. "Camera clubs are an incredible resource, an unrivaled source of photographic knowledge, but they need to be more open to a rapidly changing photographic environment and demographic," he writes.
