On a special page devoted to its current Creative Cloud Service Outage, Adobe suggests, "If you are currently signed into the Creative Cloud applications and services then please do not sign out until after service has been restored."

If you have logged out, Adobe recommends using trial versions of the affected software. The page also documents a "bonus launch state" that will allow you to use your applications as long as they remain open.

The problem apparently has to do with the login function, which is not recognizing Adobe IDs. The company adds, "We have identified the cause and are working to restore service as soon as possible."

The page posts screen shots of typical sign in/out failures.

Updates on Adobe's Creative Cloud outage are being posted on Twitter at @AdobeCare.
