Through Jan. 23, 2015 ad retroactive from Nov. 18, DNP Imagingcomm will provide purchasers of its DS40, DS80 or RX1 printers "a three-year Advanced Exchange Service Contract at no additional cost." The retail value of the service contract is $399.99.

The Advanced Exchange Service Contract includes:

  • One hundred percent of covered parts and labor beyond the DNP manufacturer's limited warranty for new purchases
  • Thermal print head coverage is also extended by twice the limited warranty.
  • All repairs are made with genuine DNP parts by factory-trained certified technicians and authorized service providers.

Qualifying printers must be registered within 10 days of purchase.

DNP Announces Total Protection Promotion For Free Service Contracts With Qualifying Purchases Until January 2015

CONCORD, N.C. -- DNP Imagingcomm America today announced the Total Protection End User Promotion, which covers purchases of new DNP DS40, DS80 or RX1 printers and carries a retail value of $399.99. Retroactive to Nov. 18 and available until Jan. 23, 2015, qualifying printers purchased through an authorized retailer will be eligible for a three-year Advanced Exchange Service Contract at no additional cost.

The Advanced Exchange Service Contract guarantees 100 percent of covered parts and labor beyond the DNP manufacturer's limited warranty for new purchases. With an AE contract, thermal print head coverage is also extended by twice the limited warranty. The Total Protection End User Promotion ensures all repairs are made with genuine DNP parts by factory-trained certified technicians and authorized service providers.
