In this recurring column, we highlight a few items we've run across that don't merit a full story of their own but are interesting enough to bring to your attention (with more than 140 characters). This time we look at Canon T6 sensor issue, Irving Penn's work, an interesting Skitch update and an inspiring image.

  • Roger Cicala and Aaron Closz detail a Canon T6 Sensor Issue that appears to be "a defect in the adhesives used to put the layers of glass together." Canon is "aggressively looking into it."
  • Satorialist Scott Schumann picked up a copy of Moments Preserved by Irving Penn in Paris and shares a few images.
  • In Skitch for iOS Update Adds Extensions Federico Viticci notes the update adds "action and photo editing extensions to edit images in Apple's Photos and other apps."
  • The image accompanying On the Street ... Varanasi, India "reminds me to keep pushing myself and to keep looking for that next thing I might stumble upon around an unassuming corner," Satorialist Schumann writes in another blog entry. Powerful image.

More to come...
