Snapseed 2.5 Introduces Faster Batch Editing, Image Flipping Share This on LinkedIn   Share This on Google   Tweet This   Forward This

25 May 2016

According to a Google post today, Google has released Snapseed 2.5 with the faster batch editing, a horizontal flip command and, for Android, the display of more metadata information:

  • Apply Last Edits from the Main Screen applies the same adjustments (with no local dependencies like cropping or brush filters) made on the last saved photo to a new image:
  • Horizontal Flip is a toggle switch inside the Straighten filter to create a mirror image.
  • Android Snapseed now displays more photo metadata, including a map if the photo contains GPS information.

The update is rolling out today on both iOS and Android platforms.
