DNP Announces SnapLab+ SL620A Compact Photo Kiosk

DNP has announced the SnapLab+ SL620A, a photo printing kiosk system based on its DS620A dye sublimation printer. With the addition of the DNP DS-Tmini order terminal head and customized software, the system provides a solution for retail and event photography applications that includes wireless smartphone connectivity and the ability to create photo books.

The kiosk, which comes with a one-year warranty for the terminal and a three-year warranty for the printer, offers a wide variety of print size options ranging from 3.5x5 inches to 6x8 inches including 4x4-inch, 5x5-inch and 6x6-inch square prints. Integrated photo editing software can enhance photos as well as add borders or custom text. Photo books, border prints and ID photos can also be easily produced and all prints are available in glossy or matte finishes.
The DS-Tmini terminal head eliminates the need for an additional computer. It features a powerful quad core processor, a 10.1-inch high-resolution touchscreen panel and can read a comprehensive range of media cards including CompactFlash, SD, Micro SD, Memory Stick, MS Micro and xD. In addition to USB connectivity, the kiosk also offers the ability to easily transfer and print any photo from iOS and Android smartphones via wireless or cable connectivity.
