Adobe has updated Spark Video's Web and iOS versions to now add video clips to Spark Video creations.
In a blog post announcing the new release, Aubrey Cattell wrote:
Video communication is here to stay and it's only going to become even more important to how we all communicate every day.
Our passion at Spark is to make standing out on social easy and fun. And today we've made video creation and sharing simpler for everyone. Spark Video now supports video clips to help you engage, motivate and inspire your audience. And best of all, you can do it in just minutes.
New capabilities in Spark Video include:
- Trim: One-finger trimming lets users pick just the right parts of your clips.
- Continue clip: Unlike a traditional timeline-based editing tool, your video clip can be cut into a series of "slides" of various durations. Overlay text or an icon, adjust the volume and add narration to slides and your clips will play seamlessly.
- Adjust volume: Add a music track to create an overall mood to your video. Then intersperse key moments of sound from your video clips or even narration, to engage your audience.
- Align video to narration: Automatically align video clip length to the length of your narration.
The updates to Adobe Spark Video are immediately available at spark.adobe.com and in the App Store.
