Shealah Craighead, who served as staff photographer for President George W. Bush, has been named chief White House photographer for President Donald Trump, according to a Politico report.

Politico's Henry Jackson said White House press secretary Sean Spicer confirmed that Craighead had accepted the position. She has been seen traveling with Trump in recent weeks and taking photos. No official White House announcement has been made.

Craighead has worked for the Boston Globe, Associated Press and Getty Images. She served as Gov. Sarah Palin's 2008 Presidential Campaign photographer and covered Vice President and Mrs. Joseph Biden, Florida Gov. Rich Scott and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson.
