Samyang has announced its XP 50mm f1.4 with a Canon EF mount, its third XP lens built for dSLR cameras with a resolution over 50 megapixels for both still photography and 8K video.

Designed with 11 elements in 8 groups, it includes special optic lenses, an aspherical lens and a high-refractive lens. Flare and ghosting are minimized by Samyang's ultra multi coating.
