Both Amazon and B&H are offering either the Mac or Windows version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 for $59.99 today, a $40 discount on a new license.
No comparable discount is available for Adobe Premiere Elements or the two-product bundle. Nor is there a discount for upgrades from previous versions.
We reviewed Adobe Elements 2018 late last year when it was released, awarding it three corners and noting:
It's still a compelling product from which you can learn a lot. Which is something you can't say about Apple Photos or Google Photos.
