BJP Opens OpenWalls Arles 2019 Contest

The British Journal of Photography is searching for up to 50 photographers to exhibit as part of a month-long group show in Arles, during Les Rencontres d'Arles 2019.

Both emerging and established photographers from all over the world are invited to submit work to OpenWalls Arles responding to the theme 'Home & Away.' "We want you to interpret this theme freely; show us images that capture your sense of belonging, escapism or identity. Submissions will be judged as a single image," the contest page says.
The deadline for entries is Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 4 p.m. BST. Information about the rules (and a model set they are), prizes and judges can all be found on the contest Web site.
