This time we look at Mauricio Lima, Japanese cherry blossom, Paolo Di Paolo, Kyle RM Johnson, searching photos with Siri and Scott Kelby's new book, carefully avoiding the April Fools' fodder out there.
- Bari Weiss asks, Can an Archaeological Dig Change the Future of Jerusalem? The well-balanced article that explores many facets of the issue is illustrated with sparkling black-and-white images of difficult subjects by Mauricio Lima.
- Natasha Rees-Bloor has selected a few image of Japanese Cherry Blossoms in Full Bloom. Where there are cherry blossoms, there are cameras.
- Marigold Warner presents a set of Paolo Di Paolo's Unseen Images From Post-War Italy. Di Paolo's black-and-white images will go on exhibit in Rome later this month.
- In Oklahoma City to Fort Worth by Train, photographer Kyle RM Johnson journeys through the west on the Heartland Flyer with his lens cap off.
- Apple Support explains How to Use Siri to Search Photos:
- Rocky Nook's deal of the week is Scott Kelby's The Landscape Photography Book, now available for pre-order (and the ebook version can be downloaded now). Use the code KELBYLAND40+ at checkout.
