Skylum has released Luminar 3.1.1 for macOS and Windows with improved usability and enhanced performance.

Highlights of the new release include:

  • Easier Navigation. Right-click on the photo and select Go to > Folder in Library. On Windows you can find all photos from the same date by right-clicking Go to > Images from the same date.
  • Improved Launch Time. When opening Luminar, you can now get to work quicker than ever regardless of how many images you have in your library.
  • Faster Album Creation. On the Mac, you can now create an album faster when working with a large number of photographs.
  • Language Setting. On the Mac, you can change the language separately from your system settings using the Luminar 3 > Language option.

In the announcement, the company also pointed to its Luminar road map listing what's planned for the 3.1 update, what's in development and what lies in the future.
