A Blue & Gold Evening

Today's storm brought hail that piled up on the street and winds that made the fences dance but it's moved on now. As we looked westward tonight we saw a blue and gold evening.

Blue and gold are the colors of the University of California at Berkeley, although alumns are known as Old Blues rather than Goldies. It's more dignified.
Dignity is always in short supply.
We'll leave it there tonight. We must leave now to make our way to dinner in a dignified manner rather than yield to the romp in our heart when we hear that bell.
But we did want to share this view with you before we go.
