for $98.99 (regularly $129.99)The My Passport is enclosed in a 4.2 x 3.0 x 0.8-inch case while the Elements uses a slightly larger 4.4 x 3.2 x 0.8-inch case. Both those sizes suggest 2.5-inch SATA drives are used.
Both are USB bus powered via a Micro-B connection but the My Passport includes USB Type-A and USB Type-C cables for compatibility with older systems. The My Passport is formatted for macOS while the Elements is formatted for Windows but either can be easily formatted for either system.
