Fujifilm Launches Pro Services Program

Fujifilm has launched a professional services program to assist professional photographers and videographers with a variety of service and product-related needs for X Series and GFX System products.
"We created this professional services program from the ground up to provide a level of support and peace-of-mind to the numerous professionals using our gear day-to-day," said Victor Ha, senior director of marketing and product management, Fujifilm North America Corp., Electronic Imaging Division, commented.
"We took the suggestions from our community to heart and are proud to offer this program to our X Series and GFX System users. I am confident that the program will be an asset to its members."
To be eligible for the Fujifilm Professional Services program, you must register at least $3,000 of GFX System or X Series products. An annual fee of $399 will be assessed but through Sept. 30 a one-year membership will cost just $199.
In return, members will receive:
- Dedicated telephone and email support for either their X Series or GFX System products
- A one-year extended warranty on any new gear purchased and registered in a qualifying membership year
- Two free check and cleans (for up to one covered camera and one covered lens each time)
- Fifty percent off on additional check and cleans
- Thirty percent off expedited repairs
- Two business day turnaround and repair loaners
Details about the FPS program and FPS program benefits are accessed through an interactive portal in which members can schedule repair and check-and-clean services, visit a personalized page to track product history and warranty information, etc.

VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Fujifilm North America Corp. has announced the launch of the Fujifilm Professional Services Program designed to assist professional photographers and videographers with a variety of service and product-related needs for their recently purchased X Series and GFX System products.
The FPS program will offer support to eligible professional photographers through an annual membership that allows access to Fujifilm's Professional Service Team. To be eligible for the program, participants must register at least $3,000 of GFX System or X Series products at http://www.registermyfujifilm.com. Members will receive dedicated telephone and email support for either their X Series or GFX System products, a 1-year extended warranty on any new gear purchased and registered in a qualifying membership year, two free check and cleans (for up to one covered camera and one covered lens each time), 50 percent off on additional check and cleans, 30 percent off expedited repairs, two business day turnaround (when available/some exclusions apply) and repair loaners (terms and conditions apply). Details about the FPS program and FPS program benefits are easily accessed through an interactive portal in which members can schedule repair and check and clean services, visit a personalized page to track product history and warranty information, etc.
For those that qualify, participation in the Fujifilm Professional Services Program for X Series and GFX System products will be available at an annual subscription rate of $399 per year, applicable from the paid membership activation date. For a limited time only, through Sept. 30, qualifying new users can purchase their first 12-month FPS Program Membership for just $199 (a savings of $200).
