Site Tweak: Feature Index Year Dividers

In yet another minor enhancement to the site, we've added year dividers to the longer collections in the Features index. What on earth were we thinking?
Well, we were thinking nobody likes to scroll down a long list of headlines without some sort of visual break. And nobody likes a visual break every few lines either.
So for sections in the index that run on and on, we popped in year dividers much like the ones in the Gear Specifications index. Always liked those because you really do want to know when the gear was introduced and that style with the year off to the right is fairly unobtrusive.
We already had year markers for the Holidays section, of course. It would have been crazy not to.
But we find we like them for the longer lists of headlines, too. So there you go.
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
