PhotoShelter Webinar: How to Capture Action

PhotoShelter has announced it will host a free webinar titled How to Capture Action on March 26 at 12 p.m. ET. Commercial and editorial food photographer Joanie Simon will cover planning and preparation, the right gear and how to achieve sharp focus.
Simon, based in Phoenix, said, "Among my greatest joys in life is coaching people through the growing pains of learning food photography and seeing them create images they can't wait to share with the world. I personally left a high-stress job in technology sales to pursue my creative passions in food and photography and can't wait to help others do the same."
The discussion will cover:
- How to set up and photograph an action shot without an assistant
- Perfecting the test shot before it's officially go-time
- Working in Capture One to review and edit your images
