Mondays always seem to herald a steep climb. We try not to look too far ahead. That's one way to avoid fretting about Impending Doom. Doom, after all, is always impending. Like everything else.

The Climb. Olympus E-PL1 with 14-42mm II R kit lens at 14mm (28mm equivalent), f5.6, 1/320 second and ISO 200. Processed in Adobe Camera Raw and Nik Collection 4 Color Efex.

Our preferred approach is to take it a step at a time. Assuming a staircase, that is. One foot in front of the other.

Eventually you get there.

Or, as we did yesterday afternoon when we came upon this imposing climb, just walk right by the thing.
