OM Releases OM-1 Firmware 1.1

OM Digital Solutions has released firmware update version 1.1 for the OM System OM-1 with support for Atomos recorders. The update also corrects minor performance issues.
The update adds full recording capability of Apple ProRes Raw over HDMI for the new OM-1 with the Atomos Ninja V and the Atomos Ninja V+ recorders. Support for the OM-1 paired with the Atomos Ninja V and Ninja V+ will also require a firmware update from Atomos, which is expected to be available today.
The company further noted that before updating to firmware version 1.1, customers must first download and install the most recent version of OM Workspace (Windows Version 2.0.2 or macOS Version 2.0.1). The OI.Share app can not be used for this firmware update.
