That's not a question. But it sounds like one. And that's where all the fun begins in that old Abbott and Costello routine, which we'll share for posterity:

That was then, though. When? Then. Now is not then. No? No. Not a question.

These days (in the Modern Era) we've got ChatGPT announcing the game. And the other day, it deigned to describe Yours Truly (our alias) based on some sketchy data it found online, apparently.

We didn't ask it to burn any transistors ourselves. Some firm trying to lure us away from Photo Corners used ChatCPT to profile us. Here's what it came up with:

Location: San Francisco, CA

Resume Keywords: art, digital media, feature articles, adobe creative suite, creative direction, editor, content development, digital photography, event planning, contract publishing, education, creative writing, e-commerce, content creator, digital printing, event planner, content management, entrepreneur, book design, desktop publishing

Geez, missed the whole software development thing. Not to mention our translations.

We're a decent cook too, but we don't brag about it. And gardener (well, you've seen the photos). And we've been so deep into specialized medical care (artificial limbs, wound care, dementia) for a couple of decades now that certain medical professionals refer to us (fondly) as Dr. Mike.

Artist's Rendition. No closer to the truth than ChatGPT.

We have pointed out before that we're much shorter in person than in print. Which may explain why ChatGPT overlooked so much.
