In this recurring column, we highlight a few items we've run across that don't merit a full story of their own but are interesting enough to bring to your attention. This time we look at Reuters, Jarman Award nominees, scanning film to negative film, Robin O'Neill's climbing partner and fall foliage frenzy.

  • Suzanne Sease features the personal project of Robin O'Neill, which is photographing his eight-year-old daughter Marion's Climbing Pursuits. The project has become a seies of shoots.
  • Kelly McCarthy reports on How Small Northeast Towns Are Combatting Fall Foliage Social Media Frenzy. "Windsor County Sheriff Ryan Palmer confirmed to ABC News that two roads have been closed off this year, which he said has proven effective at maintaining peace for neighbors, while still encouraging tourists to visit the public areas of their beautiful community."

More to come! Meanwhile, here's a look back. And please support our efforts...
