- Mee-Lai Stone features the winners of the Taylor Wessing Photo Portrait Prize, including a Saigon cheerleader, a goal-hanging dad and a 90-year-old party princess.
- In Canon's World Unseen Is the Revolution That Photography Needs, Lara Carretero looks at technology Canon has made available for low-vision people to experience photography through touch.
- In On the Perilous Streets of Haiti, Reuters covers armed gangs controlling most of capital Port-au-Prince and expanding to nearby regions, fueling hunger and forcing hundreds of thousands from their homes.
- Zach Sutton reports on 3D Prints for Photographers & Videographers. "From unique mounting solutions or full-on stabilization systems, 3D printing has allowed the common man to find new ways to solve problems in a studio," he writes.
- Jim Kasson has begun testing the Fujifilm GF 30/5.6 Tilt/Shift Lens.
