Saturday afternoon Apria's big truck parked in front of the house to deliver three cases of white foam.
"How much do you need?" the driver asked.
"Whatever you've got," we replied.
He confirmed they don't ship 10 packs. So what we got were three five-pack boxes (with a lily pad and hose for each piece of foam).
When she got just enough foam for Monday's dressing change earlier in the day, Joyce called to reorder and was told she didn't have to reorder. The rest of her order would appear later in the day. They seemed to be keeping track this time.
I'm wondering if the "keyed incorrectly" error was about ordering 10 packs.

And in a strange twist of fate, as the sun went down on Halloween evening Lowe's scheduled our dryer delivery for Sunday afternoon.
Apparently they just needed that extra hour from Daylight Saving Time.
