Digital Photographer Offers Optics Pro 8 Free Download

A blurb on the front cover of issue 154 of Digital Photographer mentions a free download of DxO Optics Pro 8. The offer apparently extends to non-subscribers with nothing more than an email address on the download page form.
The download page also recommends downloading the trial version of OpticsPro 10, valid for 31 days. The latest version of OpticsPro is available at a Digital Photographer special price of £119 (usually £159) through Jan. 31, 2015. The most recent OpticsPro price discounts expired Dec. 25.
DxO revised the product name from Optics Pro to OpticsPro with the v10 release.
