Kodak Adds Mini Shot Instant Camera With LCD

Joining the Kodak Printomatic, the new Mini Shot adds features like color controls, filter effects and Bluetooth connectivity to the instant print experience.

Unlike the less expensive Printomatic, the Mini Shot does not automatically print images. You can preview them on the small LCD first.
Filters and effects can be applied to an image via an iOS and Android app after sending the image from the camera to your smartphone.
And, in addition to the 2.1x3.4-inch prints, a smaller 2.1-inch square print paper is available. The Mini Shot uses Kodak's 4Pass dye sublimation printing technology like the Kodak Mini 2 printer rather than the Zink technology of the Printomatic. The paper actually makes four passes through the print engine, as seen in the video of the Mini 2 printer:

The Kodak Mini Shot Instant Print Camera is available today for $99.99 on Amazon. The camera includes a Micro USB cable, a Quick Start Guide and an 8-pack all-in-one 4Pass photo print cartridge.
