- In Days Designed for Black and White, Joe McNally uses Capture One to convert his Cornwall fishermen into monochrome images.
- Harvey Stearn heads for home, ending his First Major Photography Trip Since 2019. In part IV, he shows us some gorgeous landscapes and reveals six lessons he learned along the way. "It has been a great Autumn after alI, despite early disappointments," he writes.
- Before there was Sully, there were flying boats. Dirk Braun made a movie about them and has launched a Web site with his stills from that production as well as other shoots. Here's the movie trailer:
- Derrick Story shares some tips for Long Exposures, including how to adjust for warm city streetlights using the Tungsten white balance setting.
- Scott Kelby demonstrates some Photoshop techniques for Fixing Backgrounds in Product Shots:
- BorrowLenses is offering seven additional free days when you rent for seven to begin with or give a 15 percent discount on shorter rentals during its Winter Deals when you use the code SEVEN4SEVEN.
