2 December 2024

We've just archived Volume 13, Number 11 of Photo Corners on the Archive page with 17 Features, 5 commented News stories, 24 Editor's Notes (which included 136 items of interest), 2 reviews and 1 site note for a total of 49 stories.

Nineteen of those stories included 115 images. If seven news items seems paltry (it does to us), there were 21 special articles to keep you amused. We observed two holidays, finally had some reviews and noted one passing.

IT WAS A STRUGGLE for us as we continue to labor with double vision and our brain bleeds from a concussion in August. In addition to the mistakes we catch before we publish, we've noticed a number of formatting errors (especially in the headlines page) after publication.

All we can do, at the moment, is tidy up and apologize.

READERSHIP in November resembled October but with a 105 percent increase in unique sites.

Breaking into the top 10 stories for the month (among the usual Around The Horn columns) were our slide show of the Halloween Parade in third place, our obit of Paul Caponigro in fourth, the announcement of the Nikon Z 5ii in sixth and our slide show of the kitchen in eighth.

WITH JOYCE still in the nursing home, December promises to be just a difficult as November was. We have a couple of reviews in the works but we're not confident we'll finish them under the circumstances.

All the same, we promise that when you visit Photo Corners you'll still be likely to find something useful, something to make you think, something to enjoy.
