In this recurring column, we highlight a few items we've run across that don't merit a full story of their own but are interesting enough to bring to your attention. This time we look at anti-Trump/Musk protests, the swirling green Chicago River, a DJ and bomboloni.
- Reuters captures 47 signs spotted at Anti-Trump/Musk Protests
- Associated Press photographer Erin Hooley sees Abstract Art in the Swirling Green Chicago River on St.Patrick's Day. And captures it with with a Sony A9 III and 24-70mm 2.8 lens. "My slightly elevated viewpoint above the river shows the swirls and sprays in the water as the large boats dance around each other and the many onlookers surrounding the spectacle on the shores and bridge," she says.
- Grace Holliday presents DJ Broken Down, Joshua Hasanoff's best phone picture, shot on an iPhone 12 Pro. The 14-year-old is on the shortlist for this year's Sony World Photography awards youth competition.
- Lizzy Montana Myers photographs The Side Hustle That's Redefining Breakfast in San Francisco. That would be Ellie Estrada-Londo's variations on savory bomboloni.
